Popcorn, white chocolate, and candy canes combine to make a delightfully minty treat!

INGREDIENTS
11 cups of popcorn, lightly salted, no butter
5 candy canes
8 oz of white chocolate melting wafers
If you want an extra minty blast, you can include 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
SUPPLIES
A bowl
A spatula
A plastic bag
Something to break up the candy canes
DIRECTIONS
Crush the candy canes using your favorite tool, mine being a 2-pound sledge.
Pop the popcorn, then pour it into a bowl.
Melt the white chocolate according to the package directions.
If you’re going to use the peppermint extract, stir it into the chocolate after it’s melted.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate evenly over the popcorn, then immediately sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Let the chocolate set on the counter or in the fridge, then break it into clusters.
