INGREDIENTS

300g (1.5 cups) granulated sugar

85g (1/3 cup) butter

84g (1/3 cup) evaporated milk

170g (6 ounces) white chocolate chips

100g (3.5 ounces) marshmallow fluff

1/2 Tbsp orange extract

1 drop of red food coloring, and enough yellow food coloring to get a pleasing shade of orange

DIRECTIONS

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment, then spray the parchment paper with some cooking spray and wipe the excess off.

In a large saucepan, over medium heat, mix the butter, sugar, and evaporated milk.

Add a candy thermometer and cook until the mixture reaches 234°F, stirring constantly.

Remove the pan from the stove and stir in the white chocolate chips until they’re melted and thoroughly combined.

Mix in the marshmallow fluff.

Reserve about a cup of the mixture and set it aside.

Add the orange extract and food coloring to the mixture in the pan and stir until the color is even.

Pour the mixture into the lined baking pan.

Spoon the reserved mixture over the top and swirl it into the pan.

Allow the fudge to cool and set for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into whatever size pieces you’d like.
