Rocky Road Fudge

Marshmallow and peanut team up with chocolate to make this amazing fudge!

INGREDIENTS

180g (1 cup) of chocolate chips

200g (7 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

65g (1.5 cups) of mini marshmallows

110g (¾ c) peanuts


DIRECTIONS

Grease an 8×8 baking pan, line it with parchment, then grease the parchment

Put the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in the microwave and heat them for a minute or two, just until the chocolate melts.

Stir in the vanilla extract.

Fold in the marshmallows and peanuts.

Pour the mixture into the lined baking pan and spread it evenly.

Refrigerate it until it’s set, then remove it from the pan and cut it into whatever size pieces you’d like.
