Keto Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

Method 1

1/4 cup + 1/2 Tbsp (35g) unsweetened cocoa powder

2 oz (60g) finely-chopped unsweetened cocoa butter (or any fat that is solid at room temp)

1/4 cup (38g) sugar-free confectioner’s sweetener.


Method 2

3 oz (85g) unsweetened chocolate (e.g. Baker’s chocolate)

1 Tbsp of Liquid Coconut Oil

1/4 cup (38g) of sugar-free confectioner’s sweetener.


DIRECTIONS

Method 1

Whisk together the cocoa powder and sweetener.

Temper the cocoa butter the same way you would temper dark chocolate.

Add the cocoa butter to the powder mixture and combine it thoroughly.

Spread it onto a lined cutting board, cover it and roll it flat, and let it come to room temperature.


Method 2

Add the oil to the chocolate.

Temper the chocolate, then add the sweetener and mix until it’s fully combined.

Pour the chocolate onto a lined cutting board and let it come to room temperature.
