Pretzel Crunch Bars

It’s like a traditional crunch bar, but with pretzels instead of crispy rice.

INGREDIENTS

226g (1 1/4 cups) of chocolate

15g of pretzel sticks, in this case, about 15.


SUPPLIES

A silicon bowl, for melting the chocolate

A mold (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Chop the pretzels, temper the chocolate, and combine.

Add them to the mold, trying not to go above the top edge.

If you can’t be bothered with a mold, you can just go free form and pour your chocolate pretzel mixture directly onto a piece of SilPat or waxed paper.

Allow the chocolate to rest on the counter until it’s set.
