Almond Joy Fudge

Chocolate, coconut, and almond combine to bring a room full of flavor in just a few minutes.

INGREDIENTS

540g (3 cups) of chocolate

396g (14 oz) of sweetened condensed milk

57g (1/4 cup) of butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

114g (1 cup) of coarsely chopped almonds

85g (1 cup) of shredded coconut for the fudge

22g (1/4 cup) of shredded coconut as a topping


SUPPLIES

An 8×8 pan

Some parchment paper

A bowl

A spoon or spatula


DIRECTIONS

Line the 8×8 baking pan and set it aside.

In a bowl, combine the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter.

Microwave it for one minute, then give it a good stir.

Repeat this until everything is melted and mixed.

Add the vanilla, salt, almonds, and 1 cup of the coconut.

Give it another good mix.

Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and even it out.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup coconut over the top of the fudge and press lightly to set it in the fudge.

Put it in the fridge overnight, then cut it into whatever size pieces you’d like.
