Candy Cane Cups

The classic holiday candy gets an upgrade with not one, but two kinds of chocolate!

Makes about 8 candies (depending on the size of your mold)

INGREDIENTS

2/3c (120g) of dark chocolate or melting wafers

2/3c (120g) of white chocolate or melting wafers

4 drops peppermint extract

About 3 tbsp (36g) of crushed candy cane or peppermint candies


DIRECTIONS

Temper the dark chocolate or melt the wafers.

Fill each cavity of a silicone mold about halfway.

Let the dark chocolate set for about 15 minutes, then temper the white chocolate or melt the wafers.

Add the extract to the white chocolate and mix it in.

Fill the remaining space in each mold cavity, then immediately sprinkle on some crushed candy cane pieces.

Leave them on the counter to set.
