INGREDIENTS
12 wafer cookies
284g (10 oz) of chocolate or melting wafers
85g (3 oz) of corn flakes
SUPPLIES
A shallow pan or dish to hold the corn flakes
A bowl
Some precision dipping tools
A cutting board lined with SilPat, parchment, or waxed paper
DIRECTIONS
Crush the corn flakes.
Temper the chocolate or melt the wafers.
Dip a cookie into the chocolate and drain the excess.
Cover it with crushed corn flakes and place it on the lined cutting board.
Repeat with the rest of the cookies, then leave them on the counter to set.
