INGREDIENTS
114 g (1/2 cup) butter
14g (1.5 Tbsp) sugar-free chocolate chips
113g (1/2 cup) cream cheese
125 g (1/2 cup) unsweetened peanut butter
64 g (1/2 cup) Powdered Sweetener (I’m using Swerve )
14 g (2 Tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
SUPPLIES
A 6×6 pan
Some parchment or wax paper
A saucepan
A spoon or spatula
DIRECTIONS
Line a 6×6 baking pan with parchment paper.
Melt together the butter, chocolate chips, and cream cheese over medium heat.
Add the peanut butter and mix it until it’s fully combined.
Remove it from the heat and stir in the sweetener, cocoa powder, and vanilla.
Spread the mixture into the pan, then chill until set.
Remove it from the pan and cut it into pieces.
