INGREDIENTS

2 cups (360g) milk chocolate

1 1/4 cups (170g) peanuts

1 1/4 cups (156g) powdered sugar

1/4 cup (76g) sweetened condensed milk

1/4 teaspoon maple extract


SUPPLIES

Some bowls

A cutting board

Some parchment

A spatula

A scoop

A spoon


DIRECTIONS

Combine the powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and maple extract.

Roll the fondant into small balls.

Flatten the balls into disks, then place them on the lined cutting board.

Melt 1 1/2 cups of chocolate, then combine it with the peanuts.

Cover the disks with the chocolate/peanut mixture, letting it cover the top of the fondant and flow slightly over the edges.

Let the chocolate cool completely, then flip the candies over.

Melt the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate and spread it over the exposed fondant,

Leave the candy on the counter to set.
