An amazing treat that’s surprisingly easy to make.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon corn syrup
Some Double Stuf Oreo Thins
1 ½ cups of chocolate
SUPPLIES
A silicone bowl
A cutting board
Some parchment paper
A couple of precision dipping tools
DIRECTIONS
Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds, then add in the powdered sugar, salt, and corn syrup.
Mix until its well incorporated, then set it aside.
Separate the cookies, making sure to keep all of the filling on one side.
Take some of the peanut butter filling you made and spread it on one of the cookie halves. In my mind, a 1:1 ratio of peanut butter filling to cookie cream is perfect, but you can adjust that to your personal preference.
Add another cream-covered half to complete a sandwich cookie.
Repeat for the rest of the cookies.
Temper the chocolate.
Dip a cookie into the chocolate, allow the excess to drain, and place it on a lined cutting board.
Repeat with the remaining cookies, and allow them to rest on the counter until the chocolate has set
