Crunchy, salty peanuts and a peanut butter caramel filling combine to create a tasty treat!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of coarsely chopped peanuts, divided
2 1/2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
10 oz of peanut butter chips
14 oz of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of miniature marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Line and grease an 8×8 pan,
Pour half of the peanuts into the pan, spread them out evenly, and set it aside
In a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and peanut butter chips.
Stir until everything is melted and smooth, Then add the sweetened condensed milk and marshmallows.
Stir until everything is melted and smooth.
Pour the mixture over the peanuts, even it out, then sprinkle the remaining peanuts over the top of the candy.
Place a piece of parchment over the peanuts and lightly press them into the candy.
Put it in the fridge until firm, then cut the candy into whatever size pieces you’d like.
