Ingredients
This will make about a dozen, depending on the size of your mold or tin.
450 g (2.5 cup) chocolate (melting wafers, chips, or bars)
135g (0.5 cup) peanut butter, creamy or chunky
16g (2 tbsp) confectioners sugar
Directions
Melt chocolate according to directions
Place a small amount of melted chocolate in mold or wrapper
“Paint” chocolate up the sides with a spoon or pastry brush
Allow to set and form a chocolate cup
Mix peanut butter and confectioners sugar
Place dollop of peanut butter/sugar mixture in chocolate cup, filling 1/2 to 3/4 to top
Chill for a few minutes to set centers
Fill remainder of cup with melted chocolate
Allow to set
