S’mores Fudge

Perfect for when you want the great taste of s’mores, but can’t seem to find a campfire.

INGREDIENTS

4-1/2 graham crackers (68g)

18 oz (510g) of chocolate

1 can (14oz/397g) of sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

3/4 cup (32g) of mini marshmallows

1/4 cup (50g) of mini chocolate chips


SUPPLIES

A microwave-safe bowl

An 8×8 pan lined with parchment

A rolling pin

A couple of spatulas


DIRECTIONS

Crush the graham crackers. Set a few tablespoons of crumbs aside as a topping.

Microwave the sweetened condensed milk for 30 seconds.

Place the chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave it in 30 second intervals, stirring after each one, until it’s melted and smooth.

Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until combined.

Fold in the marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.

Spread the mixture into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top.

Top with mini chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs. Gently press the toppings into the fudge to help them adhere.

Place the fudge in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or until it’s set.

Remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into whatever size pieces you’d like.
