Sugar Cookie Fudge

Creamy, chewy fudge with that classic holiday flavor!

INGREDIENTS

(8×8 Pan)

1/2 cup (115g) butter

1/2 cup (110g) granulated sugar

2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cup (210g) flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup + 3 tbsp (210g) of white chocolate OR 1 cup (180g) white baking chips

15 oz sweetened condensed milk

Sprinkles, if desired


{4×4 Pan}

1/8 cup (28g) butter

1/8 cup (28g) granulated sugar

1/2 tbsp milk

1/8 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup + 2 tsp (52g) flour

1/8 tsp salt

1/3 cup (53g) of white chocolate OR 1/4 cup (45g) white baking chips

1/3 cup + 1 tsp (106g) sweetened condensed milk

Sprinkles, if desired


DIRECTIONS

Spread the flour out on a baking sheet and cook for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool completely.

Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium sized bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, milk and vanilla until thoroughly combined.

Mix in the flour and salt until completely incorporated. Set aside.

In a small glass bowl, microwave the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Pour the white chocolate mixture into the sugar cookie dough bowl.

Combine until smooth.

Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Add sprinkles to the top of fudge, if desired.

Refrigerate until firm.

Cut into pieces.
