A holiday-defining flavor, no mug required.

110g (1/2 cup) white sugar
44g (3 tbsp) butter
42g (2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons) eggnog
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
85g (3 ounces) white chocolate, chopped
56g (2 ounce) marshmallow cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Grease and line a 4×4 pan
Combine the sugar, butter, eggnog, and nutmeg in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to melt the butter.
Once the mixture reaches a rolling boil, place a lid on the pan for a couple of minutes to wash down the sides.
Clip a candy thermometer onto the pan.
Once the mixture reaches 234 degrees F (113 degrees C), remove the pan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate pieces, marshmallow cream, and vanilla.
Stir the mixture until it is well combined.
Pour it into the baking pan.
Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top, if you’d like.
Once it’s cool, cut it into tasty morsels.
