INGREDIENTS

14 ounces (397g) of Sweetened Condensed milk

2 1/4 cups (397g) of white chocolate

½ tsp vanilla

4 tbsp (57g) butter

1/2 cup (55g) of chopped pecans

About 1/3 cup (106g) of room temperature caramel sauce

SUPPLIES

An 8×8 baking pan

Some parchment paper

A microwaveable mixing bowl

A spoon or spatula

DIRECTIONS

Line the baking pan with parchment and set it aside.

In a medium size bowl, add the white chocolate, butter, vanilla, and the sweetened condensed milk.

Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, then give it a good stir.

Repeat until the white chocolate and butter are melted, then fold in the pecans.

Pour the fudge into the dish and spread it evenly.

Drizzle the caramel over the top of the fudge.

Drag a knife through the chocolate and the caramel to give it a marbled effect.

Once the fudge has set, cut it into whatever size pieces you’d like.
