Peanut Butter Twix

Original Twix (shortbread, caramel, and chocolate) are delightful. Could these be better?

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 tablespoon corn syrup

Some shortbread cookies

1 ½ cups of chocolate

SUPPLIES

A couple of bowls

A cutting board

Some parchment paper

A spreader

A couple of precision dipping tools

DIRECTIONS

Microwave the peanut butter for 30 seconds, then add in the powdered sugar, salt, and corn syrup.

Mix until its well incorporated.

Spread some peanut butter filling on each cookie.

Temper the chocolate.

Dip a cookie into the chocolate, allow the excess to drain, and place it on a lined cutting board.

Repeat with the remaining cookies, then allow them to rest on the counter until the chocolate has set
