SUPPLIES

Two baking sheets

An 8×8 baking pan

Some parchment paper

A rack

Two microwave-safe bowls

INGREDIENTS

Peppermint Tray

36 peppermint candies

Peppermint Bark

142g (1 cup) of chocolate mint baking chips

142g (1 cup) of white melting wafers

42g (¼ cup) crushed peppermint candies

½ tbsp of coconut oil

DIRECTIONS

Peppermint Tray

Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

Place peppermint candies on a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 7-10 minutes or until the candies melt into each other. Be careful not to let them over bake.

Remove the sheet from the oven and set it on a baking rack to cool for a few minutes.

Peppermint Bark

Melt the chocolate mint baking chips and ½ tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave.

Stir until it’s fully mixed.

Pour it into a lined 8×8 pan and spread it evenly over the bottom of the pan.

Refrigerate it for about 10 minutes or until set.

Once the chocolate has set, microwave the white melting wafers according to the directions.

Pour the white melting wafers over the layer of chocolate, spread it evenly, and sprinkle on the crushed peppermint.

Let it cool until it’s set, then break it into whatever size pieces you’d like.
