INGREDIENTS

18 oz (510g) of white chocolate chips

14 oz (396g) of sweetened condensed milk

1 package of instant banana cream pudding (3.4 ounce)

7 oz (198g) of marshmallow crème

9 oz (255g) of chocolate chips

½ cup of crushed peanuts

SUPPLIES

An 8×8 baking pan

Some parchment paper

A saucepan

A spatula

DIRECTIONS

Line the baking pan and set it aside.

In a saucepan over medium low heat, add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.

Stir constantly until the chips are almost completely melted.

Add the pudding mix and stir until it’s fully incorporated.

Add the marshmallow crème and stir until everything is combined.

Pour the mixture into the 8×8 pan.

Place it in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.

Temper the chocolate and pour it over the fudge.

Immediately sprinkle the crushed peanuts over the top.

Let it set for an hour or so then remove it from the pan and cut it into whatever size pieces you like.
