The great flavor of hot cocoa without the mug (or burning your tongue).
INGREDIENTS
1 package of Chips Ahoy Hot Cocoa cookies
2 ounces of cream cheese
Some mini marshmallows
10 ounces of chocolate melting wafers
SUPPLIES
A food processor
A spatula
A scoop, this one’s about half a tablespoon
A lined cutting board
A bowl
A couple of precision dipping tools
DIRECTIONS
Blitz the cookies into crumbs.
Add the cream cheese and mix it until it forms a dough.
Scoop some dough, flatten it, then insert a marshmallow.
Roll it into a ball and place it on a lined cutting board.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Chill for 20 minutes or so, then melt the chocolate, place a ball into the melted chocolate, drain the excess, and return it to the lined cutting board.
Repeat with the rest of the balls and leave them on the counter to set.
