Candy corn and peanuts make this fudge taste just like a Payday bar!
INGREDIENTS
12 ounces of white chocolate chips
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of candy corn
And 1 cup of peanuts
SUPPLIES
An 8×8 inch pan
Some parchment
A microwave safe bowl
A food processor
And a spatula
DIRECTIONS
Line the 8×8 inch pan.
Cut or blitz the candy corn into small pieces. If you’re going to use a food processor, I’d recommend freezing the candy corn first. It prevents it from becoming a gooey mess.
Place the white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan.
Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
Stir in the vanilla, candy corn, and peanuts.
Spread the mixture in the prepared pan, let the fudge cool to room temperature, then chill until it’s completely set.
Remove it from the pan, then cut it into whatever size pieces you’d like.
