Ritz Peanut Butter Bark

The buttery Ritz cracker crunch adds a delightful level to the already great Peanut Butter/Chocolate combo.


INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of butter
3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 cups of chocolate chips
1/2 cup of peanut butter chips
1/2 cup of peanuts

SUPPLIES
A large baking pan
A large saucepan
A couple of spatulas
Some parchment
A cooling rack

DIRECTIONS
Set the oven to 400F.

Line a large baking pan, spray it with cooking spray, then lay the crackers on the pan in a single layer.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, peanut butter and sugar.

Stir constantly until the mixture starts to boil.

Boil it for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Pour the mixture over the crackers and bake it for 5 minutes.

Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the crackers.

Wait 3 minutes, then spread the chocolate evenly over the crackers.

Sprinkle the peanut butter chips and peanuts evenly, then gently press them into the chocolate.

Let it cool on the rack for about 15 minutes, then place it in the freezer until it’s fully set.

Using a sharp knife, cut the bark into whatever size pieces you’d like.
